How does it work?

Welcome to our online store.

  1. Weekly menu is posted

  2. Select meals for purchase based on protein and portion size

    • A. 3 day - 2 meals a day for 3 days

    • B. 5 day – 2 meals a day for 5 days

    • C. 7 day – 2 meals a day for 7 days

    • D. Items that are for sale as individual menu items are listed in the store. 

3. Place an order - Orders must be placed by Friday at 9pm to receive service for the following week.

4. Select pickup or delivery when placing your order (Minimum purchase for delivery is $100.00 USD; delivery fees apply and may differ depending on location)

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, Gift Cards are available for purchase and make wonderful and unique presents to family, friends, and loved ones.

What are the payment options?

All orders must be paid for in advance. Orders can be paid by credit card using our credit card processor or through Paypal. Any cash payments will need to be settled using CashApp. Any cash payments not settled and confirmed will not be made during the selected week and the client will be notified.

What is your return policy?

No Refunds or Returns.

Is delivery available?

Delivery available in the following areas with a minimum purchase of $100 plus applicable delivery fee: 30331, 31136, 30378, 30336, 30168, 30122, 30126, 30311, 30344, 30349, 30106, 30111, 30272, 30310, 30314, 30318, 30082, 30337, 30320, 30135, 30133.

What about delivery outside the listed areas?

Delivery is available. Inquire within. Minimum purchase amount required plus delivery fee.

Is there a commitment?

No. You can order meals on a week by week basis.

What are the payment options?

All orders will be ready for pickup or delivery Monday starting at 6pm. If the date or time changes it will be posted in advance.
