Food Literacy Education
Tiffany N. Jones received her food literacy educator certification through The Cookbook Project.
The mission of The Cookbook Project, an international 501(c)3 Tax Exempt non-profit based in the USA, is to empower youth to be catalysts for healthier communities through food literacy and cooking education.

Community Outreach
During the Summer of 2016 No Excuses Fitness and Cuisine partnered with the Network of Starrs, a 501(c)3 Tax Exempt non profit organization, and the Anderson Park Police Athletic League.
Over the course of several weeks we worked with the students in their summer program exploring the culinary field of entrepreneurship.
The students had to plan their own event for their peers and parents to attend and the culinary team of students was responsible for catering the event.

Culinary Student Competition Coaching
During the Fall of 2016 No Excuses Fitness and Cuisine partnered with the Network of Starrs, a 501(c)3 Tax Exempt non profit organization, and the Center of Hope at the Thomasville Heights Boys and Girls Club.
Over the course of several weeks we worked with the students in their exploring the culinary field, discussing food safety, menu planning and development, and food costing.
The students decided to go head to head in a cooking competition in which they named “Watch me Whip and Brunch”.
One team prepared breakfast and one team prepared lunch. The students catered the event for their peers, parents, and a judging panel made of special guests that included Ceasar Mitchell and Miss Mulatto from Jermaine Dupri’s The Rap Game.
